Sailing Community
The Sailing Community, established in 2019, makes it possible for employees to sail together. The community brings members together to work towards the same goal, and to learn as a team to perform risk analyses, to take responsibility, to show patience, to make decisions under stress, and to determine strategies. The community also teaches the working principles of sailing, navigation, the different types of sailing based on the wind, sailing terms, and even maritime terminology.
