SKY Experience is our candidate engineer program that provides hands-on experience and engineering practice for Turkish young talents studying in the third and/or fourth grades of engineering departments at universities in Türkiye. Through our program, with the opportunities we offer, our young talents can reveal their potential with a 6-month long-term experience while preparing for professional life, and they can witness and contribute to the projects we have developed.

SKY Global Türk is an internship program for young talents who were born and raised abroad and who are Turkish citizens, dual citizens, or blue card holders that are currently studying at undergraduate or graduate programs at the relevant engineering faculties of universities, or who have recently graduated. Our young talents have the chance to see the workspaces where the design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and integration activities of our products are carried out, get to know the culture of our country and company, and learn about the notion of engineering in professional business life for a duration of 30 working days at our technology center where aerospace technologies are designed.

SKY Global is a global internship program for foreign young talents who are enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs in the relevant engineering departments of universities that have international cooperation agreements with Turkish Aerospace. Our young talents have the opportunity to see the workplaces, become familiar with the culture of our country and company, and learn about the notion of engineering in professional business life for a duration of 20 working days between June and September at our technology center where aerospace technologies are designed and developed.
