if you are a 2nd or 3rd grade student and want to learn about Turkish Areospace with mentoring from our experienced women colleagues, we are looking for your applications to the “Women Inspire The Sky Mentorship Program”.

WHAT IS WOMEN INSPIRE THE SKY MENTORSHIP PROGRAM?

Women Inspire The Sky Mentorship Program is a mentorship program that we organize by pairing students in the second or third grades of engineering or faculty of economics or administrative sciences departments at universities with experienced female colleagues in Turkish Aerospace.
Participants have the opportunity to get to know the industry and our company up close through a minimum of six meetings and one day of internship experience at Turkish Aerospace during the six month program.

BENEFITS AND PRIVILEGES TO PARTICIPANTS

MENTORSHIP

One-to-one mentoring meetings will occur at least once each month during the six month program.

EXPERIENCE

At the end of the program, one full day of work experience accompanied by a mentor

NETWORK

The opportunity to build a professional network with mentors and mentees in the program ecosystem

PRIORITY EVALUATION IN CAREER PROGRAMS

Mentees who successfully complete the program and meet the basic requirements will be given priority acceptance to our talent programs.

Certicicate of participation and completion

TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE

Our company covers transportation expenses of candidates participating in the opening and closing events of program from out of town

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Applicants will be Turkish women students in the second or third grades of engineering or faculty of economics or administrative sciences(İİBF) departments at universities.
All applications from Turkish students at Turkish universities are accepted.
Student studying at engineering or faculty of economics or administrative sciences(İİBF) departments are accepted to the program.
The program lasts for 6 month
Program will be start at 8th March Women Days with opening events.
Meetings can be conducted face-to-face or online, depending on the mentee’s preferences and mentor availability.
Mentor and mentees can decide on available dates for the meetings.
You are expected to have a minimum of six meetings , with at least one meeting each month.
Participants who conduct a minimum six mentorship meetings over the course of six months and participate in a full day of work experience successfully complete the program.
No, individuals who have participated before are not included in the program.
We provide transportation support for the opening and closing events.
Participants who successfully complete the program receive a certificate of participation and completion.
Following the conclusion of the review process, all applicants to the program can view their status regarding the preliminary and final evaluation processes via their accounts at www.vizyonergenc.com. Following the final evaluation, candidates who are qualified to take part in Turkish Aerospace’s Women InspireThe Sky Mentorship Program are immediately contacted for an update on the requirements of the program.
