Talent acquisition specialists check the compatibility of the candidate's résumé (CV) with the relevant job requirements.
Eligible candidates are invited to an online evaluation process. This process includes online interview, personality test, attitude test, and English language test.
Human resources and technical interviews are held with the applicant who has been found satisfactory in the online evaluation process.
Following the completion of all evaluation processes, the internal approval process is initiated, and a job offer is made to the successful applicant.
On the agreed date, the candidate begins working and participates in the orientation program.
