Hürkuş 6-10
HÜRKUŞ 6-10 is the awareness module of the “Future Talents Program” which received a large number of pre-applications at TEKNOFEST!
As the first module of the “Future Talents Program,” HÜRKUŞ 6-10 aims to increase the awareness for aviation, space, and engineering in elementary school students by designing activities that blend exploration, curiosity, fun, and games. As part of the program, we organize many online and physical events to reach out to children as young as elementary school students, who will build Turkey’s future in aerospace with us, and carry their dreams to the sky and beyond!
Hürkuş and Gökbey Musical
The musical was prepared by expert child psychologists and academic staff of engineering faculties in order to instill a love of aviation, space, and engineering in young talents between the ages of 6 and 8, and is going on a free-of-charge tour around Turkey. This musical, which showcases a sense of exploration and curiosity along with children's characters who wish to become engineers and features fun games, aims to reach out to children as young as elementary school students, who will build Turkey’s future in aerospace with us.
Development Workshops
The “Development Workshops” which are accessible to all those in Turkey and will support the improvement of future talents between the ages of 8 and 10 comprise STEAM fields (science, technology, engineering, the arts, and mathematics). Organized as online public events along different themes across the year, the program aims to contribute to the learning of participants with fun content and games, to encourage them to be innovative and creative, and to analyze and solve problems.
E-Magazine
Published monthly in digital format, Turkish Aerospace Industries Children’s E-Magazine is prepared for future talents between the ages of 6 and 10. The magazine aims to create awareness and to contribute to their development by entertaining and educating children about aviation, space, and engineering through informative activities that enable them to use their skills. You can access monthly entertaining content with a free subscription.
Technical Field Trip
The “Technical Field Trip” will accept a limited number of participants from around Turkey and will be held at Turkish Aerospace Industries’ facilities in Ankara every spring semester. The event will welcome both future and young talents on different days based on their age groups.
Enriched with stage performances, career booths, and experience areas, the “Technical Field Trip” will enable guests to examine our products closely and to meet our experienced engineers. It will become a memorable event with flights performed by vehicles produced by Turkish Aerospace Industries.
