Engineer Development Program

The Engineer Development Program (MGP) enables young engineers from various branches to undertake roles in a real project where they can use the abilities they have acquired throughout their education and quickly adapt to the workplace. Comprising three phases, in the first phase, the program aims to improve the participants’ knowledge in aviation engineering. In the second phase, young engineers are assigned responsibilities based on their disciplines, and receive theoretical and practical training in Aerostructures, Flight Sciences, Avionics, and Software. After the necessary performance evaluations, the third phase begins, whereby young engineers start working on a project to fulfill a task of their own choosing based on their capabilities.

Participants, who are expected to put forth an original design, are involved in a real project by partaking in the design, analysis, and production processes of an aerial vehicle whose parameters are determined by the necessary engineering calculations. Following the System Requirements Review (SRR), the Preliminary Design Review (PDR), and the Critical Design Review (CDR), participants launch the aerial vehicle which has to complete all ground tests at the end of the project.

How would you like to step into a future full of meaning and personal development where you can combine your passion for exploration and curiosity with honorable and courageous efforts to develop cutting-edge products?

İŞE ALIM SÜREÇLERİ

01

Application

The applications are collected via the “Engineer Development Program” announcement at basvuru.tai.com.tr.

02

Pre-assessment

Experts evaluate the applicant on the basis of the compatibility of their resumé to the job requirements.

03

Online Assessment

Selected candidates are taken through the online assessment process which includes tools such as video interviews, personality inventories, a general talent test, and an English proficiency test.

04

Human Resources Assessment

Candidates who complete the online assessment process are called for an interview with Human Resources. After a positive interview, the Human Resources contact the candidates' references: for candidates with work experience, they contact their former managers, and for candidates who have recently graduated, they contact their professors.

05

Technical Assessment

Candidates who complete the Human Resources Assessment go through a technical interview by qualified personnel chosen by the company.

06

Job Proposal

After candidates complete all the assessment steps, an internal process of approval begins and the company makes a proposal.

07

Starting Work

The candidate starts to work on the agreed date and is offered an orientation training.

08

Starting Program

Our colleague, whose orientation is completed, starts the Engineer Development Program.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Engineer Development Program (MGP) aims to provide graduates from various branches of engineering with a substantial amount of knowledge in a short period of time through a multidisciplinary training program and to shorten the participants’ period of adaptation to the company culture. As a result of the great knowledge and exposure to aviation that is gained during the program, participants regardless of their own background and discipline, are positively affected in the process of adaptation to the company culture. Candidates who graduate from the program can continue working in the company’s relevant departments.
